What should I do if I often wake up at night and can't fall back asleep?
If you wake up at night and can’t fall back asleep within 20 minutes, get out of bed and engage in a dull, non-stimulating activity.
For example, read some academic literature, clean the sink, do breathing exercises while seated, or simply sit in a chair if you don’t feel like doing anything.
After 20 minutes, return to bed. Repeat this process until you fall asleep. The key is not to add extra stress to the situation.

My issue wasn’t falling asleep—it was staying asleep. I’d wake up at least 3-5 times a night and feel like a zombie the next day. This course helped me understand why and fix it for good with not so hard daily routine adjustments.

My nights were so unpredictable—some nights I couldn’t sleep at all, and other times I’d wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed. This course gave me structure and consistency I never thought I’d have

I was desperate when I signed up. I’d been lying awake for hours every night, exhausted but unable to shut off my brain. This course gave me tools that actually work, and now I'm not anxious anymore about bedtime.

I always thought bad sleep was just my normal. My mom had the same issues her whole life, so I figured it ran in the family. I didn’t think it was possible to make a real change without the medication but Agne's tips proved me wrong. From 3-4 to 6-7 hours a night - that's a huge win for me. Appreciate all the help

Bedtime used to feel like a battle. I couldn’t shut off my racing thoughts, and I’d just lie there frustrated for hours. Thankfully, coach Agne helped me finally calm my mind and actually enjoy sleep again.

Waking up at 2 a.m. every single night and couldn’t get back to sleep - that’s not a way to live. Finally I found out why I was waking up in a such crazy hour - that was my dinner! Problem solved.

My neurologist kept telling me to stay with the sleeping pills, but I didn’t want to rely on them forever. This course showed me how to fix my sleep naturally by changing my habits or adding some new ones during the day. It's non-intrusive and it depends on you. Thanks!

Sleep was a constant struggle. I was anxious every night and dreading bedtime. The insomnia course helped me break that cycle, and now I fall asleep peacefully, without all the frustration.

A few weeks without a good sleep and you're feeling desperate. How to control it? How did I manage before? Habits and consistency I learnt throughout the lessons were a key factor to get my confidence and sleep back. I'm back to my regular 7 hours a night 🙌🏼
